Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-27.
The information on this website is provided for general information about House of Fences General Corporation ("we", "us"). Quotes provided through this website are estimates and are not contracts. A signed installation agreement governs the actual scope, price, and timeline of any project.
Licensing
We are a Florida-licensed and insured fence contractor. License and insurance documentation can be provided on request before any work begins.
No down payment policy
Our standard policy is to not collect any down payment, deposit, or pre-installation payment. Final payment becomes due upon completion of the fence installation. Exceptions may apply for projects that require non-stock or custom-ordered materials, pre-engineered HVHZ-rated systems, large commercial scopes, or out-of-area travel. In any such case, the deposit terms will be stated clearly in the signed installation agreement before any payment is requested. Restrictions may apply.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and ACH bank-to-bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments under any circumstance. Any communication requesting cash payment outside of our written agreement should be reported to us immediately.
Financing
Where available, financing is provided through third-party lending partners. House of Fences is not a lender, does not extend in-house credit, and is not responsible for the terms, approvals, or servicing of any third-party financing arrangement. All financing terms are between you and the lender.
HOA review timelines
Under Florida law (§720.3035), a homeowners association has up to 45 days to review and respond to an architectural application. House of Fences is not responsible for delays, denials, or modifications imposed by the HOA, or for any consequences arising from extended HOA review periods. Our scope is limited to preparing and submitting a complete application package on your behalf.
Community discounts
Discounts are offered to qualifying Active-Duty U.S. Military service members, Veterans, First Responders (sworn law enforcement, firefighters, EMS), Teachers (current K–12 and post-secondary), and Seniors (65+). Verification may be requested. Discounts cannot be combined and apply only to labor on residential projects installed within our standard service area.
Permits and inspection
Where required, we pull the permit using your property survey and our license number. Permit timelines and inspection scheduling are controlled by the relevant City, County, or HVHZ authority and are outside our control.
Limitations
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from informational content on this site (e.g. permitting timelines, code interpretations). Always verify with your local jurisdiction.
