How we got here
House of Fences started in Florida back in 2015, with a bet that homeowners would pay a little more for a fence that came with the permit pulled, the HOA package prepared, and no down payment asked.
Eleven years later, we have full-time installers on the road, an Orlando base, and customers from Celebration to Clermont, Tampa to Miami. We still pull every permit. We still don't ask for a deposit. And we still walk the install on every job we can.
Why we don't ask for a down payment
Most fence contractors ask for 30 to 50 percent up front. We never have. The reason is simple: the moment we collect a deposit, we change our incentive from finishing your job perfectly to protecting that deposit. We'd rather tie our compensation to the work delivered. You sign the agreement. We install. We walk the fence with you on site. Final payment is due upon completion.*

A deposit may be required for projects with custom-ordered or non-stock materials, pre-engineered HVHZ-rated systems, large commercial scopes, or out-of-area travel — when applicable, deposit terms are stated in the signed installation agreement before any payment is requested. What we install (and what we don't)
We install vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain link fences for homes and small businesses across Central Florida. We do pool-code aluminum (Florida Statute 515) all year long. We don't do decorative wrought iron, custom welded gates, or commercial-scale industrial fencing. Those need specialists, and we'd rather refer you than do an okay job.
Where we're based
We work out of an Orlando office with a small material yard. Most of our installers live within 30 minutes of base, which keeps response time fast in our core service area, and we travel for projects across the entire state of Florida.
